Our History & Overview


Pacific Data Forms, Inc. began its inception in 1975 by Robert “Bob” Mullaney.  He learned the art of business forms after a few years in the data processing industry and time selling for a business forms manufacturer.  While selling forms, he purchased a press and moved into a small building in Long Beach, California.

In 1979, the company needed room for growth, and moved into a brand new building, which is our present location.  Over time, equipment was added to take care of the needs of the business, including the addition of a complete graphics department.  Over the years, they have also purchased other printing companies for various reasons.

Pacific Data Forms, Inc. is a family-run business, including two of Bob’s sons, Kevin and Michael, with the company today.

With all of the changes in the forms industry over the years, Pacific Data Forms, Inc. has kept current with the needs of the customers, while staying true to its roots.


We are a trade-only Business Forms manufacturer and related business printed products, ranging from our stock forms to custom forms and financial printing.

Our knowledgeable Account Managers and support team will work with you and your staff on your projects and customer needs, with competitive, prompt estimates.

At our Long Beach facility, we offer complete composition services handled by our in house staff with layout and design, proofing or using your furnished files.  All files will go through our high-end Direct to Plate system for the highest quality final product.

After the product is ready for shipment, we offer delivery and freight, as well as warehousing services.
